        Shipping policy

        Guitarmetrics ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

        1. General

        Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

        2. Shipping Costs and duration


        We offer free worldwide shipping. Normally the order is delivered within 1-3 wks, but in some cases it can take anywhere between 2- 4 weeks depending on Demand of the product and the Country from which the order has been placed. Our main Warehouse is located in China, but we also have some of our products stored in our United States warehouse. If more than one orders are placed, all the orders will be shipped separately. We do not charge any taxes as we offer free shipping worldwide.

        3. Returns

        Guitarmetrics will happily accept returns if the product was damaged as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days after delivery of item. We do not offer refunds for shipment delays. Please refer our shipping policy to know more. 

        Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

        (Guitarmetrics) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid and PayPal fees.

        4. Dispatch Time

        Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 5 business days of payment of order

        Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

        5. Change Of Delivery Address

        For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

        6. Delivery Time Exceeded

        If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

        7. Tracking Notifications

        Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

        8. Parcels Damaged In Transit

        If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

        9. Sales Tax

        Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

        10. Cancellations

        If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations within 24 hours from the order placement time or at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we cannot accept the cancellation request. Please refer to our refund policy for more info.

        We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

        Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

        We will deduct a small amount (Shipping charges and PayPal fees) from the refund amount. 

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        We do not accept refund request due to shipping delays. We work with different shipment carriers and as we mostly do international deliveries, shipping times can extend a little bit. But we assure delivery of product within 1 - 4 weeks max. Because we offer Free Worldwide shipping on all of our items and due to increased demand, the shipping times can extend a little bit, but we make sure that the delivery of the order is 100% assured.

        Partial refunds: 

        We will offer a partial refund if the there is a minor problem with the product, so that our customers dont need to go through the hassle of return.

        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

        If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

        To return your product, you should contact us first. We will inspect the issue first and then provide you with a return address as soon as possible.

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
