What is a travel guitar?
Travel guitars are small guitars with a full or nearly full-scale length. In contrast, a reduced scale length is typical for guitars intended for children, which have scale lengths of one-quarter, one-half, and three-quarter.
What is the difference between a travel guitar and a regular guitar?
Some travel guitars offer full-sized fretboards so it feels like a regular guitar (as shown in this product). Some travel guitars use a smaller fretboard to help reduce the size of the guitar. These guitars feel very different than a regular guitars.
