Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept payments from major credit/debit cards (Visa or Master card) through PayPal for secure transactions. We specifically use PayPal for easy refunds and secure checkout.

NOTE: THERE IS NO NEED TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CUSTOMERS CAN CHECKOUT USING THE OPTION "PAY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD" IN PAYPAL

We also accept payments in cryptocurrency through Coinbase.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually 2-4 business days.

Q. Where can I place order from?

A. You can place order from any country. We ship worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide.

Q. How long will it take for my product to arrive?

A. Find your region and estimated delivery time in the table below:

It will usually take 1-3 wks for all orders to arrive. Time can vary depending on the demand of the product and the country from which the order has been placed. Orders placed from UNITED STATES will arrive early.

Q. Where is the company located?

Our Primary warehouse is located in China. We also have two warehouses in United states and India each. We ship majority of the orders from our China warehouse.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when i place a order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number after placing their orders.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. Is checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use 100% SSL Encryption.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customer's information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and discount coupons. You can even choose to erase your personal Info through our My Personal data tab.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most of our products you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on item weight, where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.
